Baking

  1. 1
Melt the butter . This is the real time taker of this dish. You'll want it melted so much that it becomes almost like a liquid base, with no chunks.
  2. 2
Preheat your oven. Set it to 250 °F (121 °C). Do this so that while preparing the mix, the oven can heat, and you'll be working towards a successful completion.

  3. 3
Prepare your dish in a large roasting pan.
  4. 4
Place all ingredients in the dish together in that roasting pan. Ensure it's evenly coated within the dish, so it's approximately level.
  5. 5
Bake this in your oven for 1 hour. Ensure there are no coverings on the ingredients inside the dish.
  6. 6
Stir the dish about every 15 minutes.
  7. 7
Take the dish out after the hour is finished and set it aside.
  8. 8
Spread the mix on some paper towels and let it cool for 15 minutes.
  9. 9
Make sure to store in an airtight container.

  1. 1
Melt your butter. Melt it in a second bowl that can be microwaved. Heat it on high for 40 seconds, or until it seems to have melted.
  2. 2
Stir your mixes in another bowl. Put together your cereals, nuts, pretzels, and bagel chips.
  3. 3
Add in the other sauces. This includes the Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add these to taste.
  4. 4
Run the butter overtop of the cereal bowl, so it evenly coats the dish.
  5. 5
Stir the cereal mix, so it better coats the mix.
  6. 6
Microwave the mix. Heat it on high for 5 to 6 minutes.
  7. 7
    Churn every two minutes.
  8. 8
Take the mix out of the microwave, and allow to cool.
    • You may find it easier to spread it on paper towels to cool, but that's your choice.
  9. 9
Serve. Place some of the mix into a dish using a mixing spoon, and eat like it’s popcorn.
  10. 10
Store in a sealed container. You can even put them in Ziploc bags, as long as they can seal closed for protection from the elements.
