This wikiHow guide teaches you how to update the name of the city you live in on Facebook using a computer, phone, or tablet.     Open your Facebook profile. You can update your location on Facebook from your profile. To get there from the news feed, just click your name and photo at the upper-left corner of Facebook.

    Switch to the Page you want to edit. If you run a Facebook Page for a business or other place with a physical location, you can easily change the address in the Facebook app. If your Page is linked to your business's Instagram account, this will also update your location on Instagram's map. [6]

      • Select your Page.
