If you determine the charging port itself is broken, you can still charge your iPhone wirelessly using a Qi-certified charger. Fixing the Charging Port on an iPhone
If the iPhone charging port is not working, check the port for visible signs of debris. If you see dirt, use a dry, soft-bristled brush to gently clean it. You should also use an Apple-certified cable and charging block. If the charging port is broken, you can wirelessly charge your iPhone with a Qi-certified charger.

Clean the charging port. Make sure to turn off your iPhone completely before cleaning. Use a dry, soft-bristled brush to gently brush any debris out of the charging port.
- For stubborn debris, use a sharp, pointed object such as a toothpick to gently scrape it from the port's walls.
- Harris says you can also dip a cotton swab in a mild rubbing alcohol and wipe the area gently. [1]

Try a new power source. If you're using the standard iPhone charging block, try plugging it into a different outlet.
