When you call, follow the menu options to be directed to the right helpline. Be prepared to give the name, address, and ID number of your store (or stores). [6]

The Merchant Portal is a great way to reach out for non-emergency issues like problems with your deposits, trouble logging in, or making changes to your menu. To reach out through the Portal, navigate to the Merchant Portal Sign-in Page and sign in with your Merchant account username and password. [7]
