Go to https://www.spotify.com/us/premium in your web browser. This will open the Spotify Premium page. Make sure you log in to the correct account if you already have one set up.
- Unfortunately, you can’t get Spotify Premium through the app at this time. If you're using an iPhone, iPad, or Android, you can still upgrade Spotify to Premium using your phone or tablet's web browser.

4Input your address on the Checkout screen. Fill out your street, town/city, state, and zip code, then click “Save Address.” The tax for your monthly Premium subscription is based on your address, so make sure it matches the billing address on your card.

Select a payment method and input your details. Choose to pay with a credit card, debit card, or PayPal. In the labeled fields, type in your card’s number, expiration date, and security code. If you’re using PayPal, click “Complete purchase” at the bottom of the screen to be redirected to a new page; from there, you can sign into your PayPal account and authorize monthly payments to Spotify.
- Depending on your region, your payment options may change. However, most regions will allow you to pay with a debit card, credit card, or PayPal.

Click START MY SPOTIFY PREMIUM to begin Premium. If you're eligible, your one-month free trial will start straight away. Otherwise, you'll be charged the monthly price, and your account will be upgraded to Premium.
- You'll be charged every 30 days until you cancel your subscription.

If the username on your receipt is a 10-digit number, sign in with your Facebook login details. It is also possible that you have two accounts, so that's something to check further too. If this fails to help, contact the company.
