How do I get pregnant on Sims 4?

Same as any previous Sims game. If this is you first time playing a Sims game, ensure that a male and a female Sim are in a romantic relationship together (boyfriend-girlfriend, fiancé/e, spouse). Select a double bed or a hot tub, if you have one, and you will have the option to either "WooHoo" or "Try For A Baby". Choose the latter and the Sims will get intimate. Once the action is done, you want to send the female Sim to the toilet. Click on a toilet and you will see an option to take a pregnancy test at an in-game price of $15. Choose this and she will then use the toilet, and a notification will say the Sis eating for two, indicating that the first trimester has begun.

Do I need the mod for my Sims to go to school?

For your Sims to go to school in general, you will not need this mod. If you want to accompany your Sims to school and control them while they are at school, this mod will be needed. Without this mod, your Sims will just disappear when it is school time. Keep in mind that the Go to School mod does require the Get to Work expansion pack.
