Make the first paragraph important. It should contain as much information as possible, and it should be catchy. Also, make the content visually accessible by breaking the text into paragraphs and using subheadings. You want the reader's eye to be drawn through the article. The subheadings should tell the story so that you can scan those and gain an idea of what you're going to be reading. Bullet points are also good ways to make content accessible.
