Hi everyone! I’ve been working on an article, having no technical problems, but suddenly it won’t allow me to use guided editing. When I click “Switch to Guided Editing”, the page refreshes back to the Advanced Editor, and the word “override” appears at the end of the address bar. I want to add images and I really am not capable of doing that in the Advanced Editor. Does anyone know why this could be happening? Thanks!

Hello Echidna!
When an article has more than one subsection, the guided editor won’t work, unfortunately :(. However, if you want to add images, you can do that by clicking on the button at the very end of the toolbar, which is denoted by a logo of a picture and plus sign. It will give you back the familiar guided editor ‘‘image adder’’ interface
Regards, Abhishek.
Notice the “__FORCEADV__” in the bottom of the artice when you edit. As long as that tag appears on the article, you won’t be able to switch to Guided editing.
I think the has been disscussed before, don’t you?

I think there’s a way to search the forums to find out.

Do you remember the title or the topic? I looked in your edit history, but didn’t see anything obvious.
