It is like #BANNED , except what you do is you ban the previous user, and unban the user before that.  A user who is banned cannot ban or unban, therefore, you cannot unban yourself or ban the person who banned you.  Of course, you will start with banning me, but then someone will unban me.  Bans expire after one week.  Provide reasons.  Example:

Alice:

…

Bob:

…

Charlie:

Bob is banned for having a name start with B.

Alice is unbanned for having a name start with A.
