What’s the number one book you’ve read…that’s impacted you in a big way…………

Interstellar pig

@Gabefrog …what’s the author???

@TeenGal William Sleator

The Giver by Lois Lowry

Scythe by Neal Shusterman

EVERY book by Rick Riordan.

Note: EVERY book is not the name of one of his books. I like all of his books.

@Artemi7 …What’s the Genres of the books…

They’re pretty much utopian fiction set in the future.

@Artemi7 …Thanks…

Artemis Fowl

Percy Jackson } All of these are Fantasy and the first 2 are classed under Young Adults Fiction

Harry Potter

Peter Rabbit (when I was young)

Also One piece (which is manga) is pretty good so far:slight_smile:

@WarriorOfEden …Life’s not complete if you have not read a Harry Potter book…Do you not agree…

@wWarriorOfEden Artemis Fowl is really good. (and that’s not just because of I love anything that has Artemis on it).

Artemis Fowl, the Shadowhunters series (plus prequel/sequel), Harry Potter, and Percy Jackson (plus the Magnus Chase and Kane Chronicles) were my life a few years back. Actually, the Dark Artifices (sequel to Shadowhunters) is the series I’m following. The last book is about to be released!

I liked the Uglies series, but the last book, Extras, was really random and out of place. I felt it could have ended better.

I really liked Magnus Chase (Trials of Apollo is even better in my opinion), but the last book was pretty boring. (also my opinion)

I assume you mean the latest Magnus Chase book, instead of the last one. It hasn’t ended. Unless you’re talking about Trials of Apollo, but even then I think that series still hasn’t ended. I think the latest Magnus Chase book is where I started to like Alex, though.

I did not read one.

Yeah, I didn’t like The Ship of the Dead (book 3 in Magnus Chase). I felt like the final battle was underwritten and not very interesting.

@PeacocksRule …Kinda hated Harry Potter at first…grew to love them…my sister is obsessed…

Yes I agree, everyone should read Harry Potter.

I have tried reading LoTR but it’s a bit too complicated and advanced for my brain to understand it… one of the perks of having Autism! Lol  But from what I’ve gathered, the LoTR series is pretty good and so are other books written by Tolkien

Percy Jackson and the Olympians by Rick Riordan Kane Chronicles by above author Harry Potter books #s 1-the beginning of the 5th one. (I didn’t really like the 5th one because I just didn’t really like the huge rebellion and all of that as well as Dolores Umbridge.)
