I caught myself adding a video to a redirected article.Here are the snapshots.
Top one shows article redirection to another article.second one shows article already has a video.

Is this the only time it happened? The video picker tool generates a list of articles that needs videos, but it doesn’t update constantly, it updates in bursts. So it’s possible that the article got on the list before it got redirected, then the redirect was created, but the page was still on the list before the list got refreshed.
