Hello, I have a problem that whenever I go for patrolling pictures, I can’t view them nor the three options come but the number of pictures patrolled increases very fastly. Thus, I never got chance to patrol pictures. Please help.

Hey @Patilsmrutim - thanks for the post! Let me get a little more info about what you mean. We do have an open bug report that not all of the pictures are showing in the tool, even though it says there are more left to patrol - is that what you mean, or is somehting else happening that’s preventing you from patrolling pictures?

What browser are you using? It may be a security feature that your browser has set in preferences that doesn’t allow photos to be shown from certain websites. It may be as simple as allowing it to trust wikiHow.

Yes Anna , somewhat like that. Tom  I am using internet explorer.

Give this a little try:

Open up Internet Explorer -> Click the Tools button -> Click Internet Options -> Click the Advanced tab -> Under multimedia, click the Show Pictures check box and click OK.

If that doesn’t work:

Open Internet Explorer -> Click the Tools button and then click Internet Options -> In the Delete Browsing History dialog box, clear the Temporary Internet files and website files check box -> Click Delete, and then Click OK.

Let me know if that helps.

Well, if you’re seeing this even though there should be a few hundred in the queue:  http://www.screencast.com/t/NProtwrD

Then I don’t think it’s anything to do with your browser - that’s part of the known bug that I mentioned. Thanks for checking up on it! I’ll see if I can update the bug report to get it quicker attention:slight_smile:

@Anna - I am getting a page not found error when I click the link in your post above.

@Alabaster oops sorry, extra space - try now! It’s just the end of the queue message, but I think there’s something hiding a few hundred pics from getting in there when they should (either that or the Dashboard number needs fixing). Either way, hopefully Aaron will be able to tackle it soon:slight_smile:

@Anna - That works now!

No Anna . I can’t see the picture which you are showing. Thanks for your suggestion. I will see if Tom ’s suggestion works. Thanks.
