How do I close threads? I have seen many articles ready to be closed and was wondering how to do so.
Only administrators can close threads.
Only administrators can close threads. Unless a thread is going nowhere or otherwise not suitable for continuation/being left open, though, not every thread needs to be closed. They simply “sink” to the bottom as newer threads are posted.

Is it the same way with moving threads?
Yes - only admins can close, move, and delete threads. If you need something moved to another category, you can always ask an admin.
