Around a year ago I met someone online while I was playing a online game, and we became friends for a while, but after a few months we just stopped talking. Earlier today another friend of mine that knows him told me that he received a message from him saying that he was going to kill himself sometime within the next 5 days, and that he didn’t want us to try to help him.
The original plan was that if he wasn’t better by the end of today that my other friend was going to call the police and get them to go to his location, but we ran into a problem.
If anyone comes in there trying to help him I’m pretty sure it is going to end in him just taking his own life anyway. I don’t have his address, but my friend does. He won’t give it to me however in fear that I will contact the police.
Any suggestions on what I should do?

Ask him why won’t he give him the address of your suicidal friend. You’re dealing with something that’s very serious. Threaten your friend that you’re going to call the police because there’s a chance that the suicidal situation is fake.
