So I’m writing up a new article. I was almost done writing it up and I decided to embed a video. The problem is, It’s frozen and I can’t click the close button. I can’t access my article or drafts it appears.

I was using the guided editor rather than the advanced.
I don’t know what to do… I don’t want to lose my article but I want to close the embed video! @Admin any advice?

The article was saved in my drafts, thankfully. But there’s still the problem with adding a video during the initial article creation process. I had no trouble adding a video once I had published the article.

I think you may have created an article at a time when engineering was potentially doing some testing - because I don’t see the option to embed a video when creating a video in the guided editor anymore!

Just my luck:sweat_smile:Well, I’m glad that’s sorted out. There was one other thing I was having a hard time with. I just can’t remember what. It was another editing ‘popup’ and I couldn’t close it on my laptop unless I made it smaller using the bottom right corner of the ‘popup’ box.
