Hi everyone, 

I need some help with a guy I think I might like. we are best friends and I have read so many articles to see if I have a crush on him and every point is correct for me. the thing is, I am still so unsure about it. I love the idea of going out with someone and I can only imagine it with him, but I still don’t know what to think. his friends have said he likes me but doesn’t want to ruin the friendship, but I don’t know exactly how I feel. please help!

Yeah, I basically want help to decide whether or not I actually like him.

I act as though he is my crush, but when I hang out with him, it is completely normal. maybe I am imagining things because I want that to be the case. I am pretty sure I don’t like him, but my other friends are convinced I do.

My advice would be to wait for him to make the move. If you can’t decide, you can ask him, or wait and see if he admits he has deeper feelings for you. If he doesn’t do anything along those lines, maybe you should find someone else to be in a relationship with.

Tell me the symptoms… do you feel like blushing? Does your heart race or pound when you see him or nearby him? Do you think of him whenever you are alone? Do you feel like spending time with him? If yes to any of these (or all of them) then the answer is yes, you have a crush!! 

Do you want a relationship or not? That is the question… now consider the following. How well do you really know him? Do any of you have friends who are, or could be the jealous type? You need to tell him how you feel and see how he reacts, his friends might have told you he likes you but they could be just pulling your leg, the only way to know is to ask yourself. Face your fears and confront him with your feelings:slight_smile:

Perhaps he is the one for you and he will kiss you ;)

thank you, you have helped a lot. I think the thing that is holding me back, is that he is my best friend and I don’t want to ruin the friendship.

Ruin the friendship? How will you do that? You are in love! The next best thing! Tell him that you have these feelings and see how things go! 

The only way it can get ruined is if he isn’t ready for a proper relationship (says he wants to stay as just friends) or something bad happens that breaks the bond. But let’s just hope it all goes well for you:slight_smile:
