I reviewed very well, now, I’ve only got 79%. What’s the passing score, anyway? I’m waiting 2 more weeks.

Julian, Thanks for showing interest in becoming a New Article Booster (NABer). 79% is a really good score, but since NABers are entrusted with the responsibility of improving (and many-a-times, rewriting) new articles, the passing score is set higher. Congratulations on getting a good score, and don’t be disappointed because you didn’t pass. I’m not sure of the exact passing percentage, but I think it is between 85% to 95%. In this next few weeks, increase your chances of passing by going through all wikiHow policies again. Have a look at new-er articles and think about ways you can improve them. I wish you all the best! Let me know if you have any questions. Gaurang Prasad

Good luck and don’t worry! You can always apply for it! @Julian2746

Like Gaurang said, it’s a good score; you just need a bit more time to study the policies. Good luck on your next time! (: BTW, moving to General Chat. June Days

I haven’t taken the test. But good luck to you Julian

Hey! I suggest not only reading the policies, but actually applying them to your wikiHow editing. It makes it much easier!:slight_smile:Good luck!

I didn’t pass the test on my old account either. And I felt that I would never, EVER, in all of my years participating on wikiHow, become a booster. And I know the Merge Policy pretty well but I can’t understand it. I’ll consider waiting 2-3 months to take the Boost test.

That’s pretty harsh of yourself, @Adelaide . You can do anything on wikiHow. I have full confidence you can become a booster with some guidance and further experience. You just need to stop saying “never ever,” because that’s not true. You know I’m glad to help you.

Thanks for the note! Gotta wait 13 more days. Started waiting yesterday.

I felt like that before, but not now.

12 more days

Counting the days @Destroyer365365

@Julian2746 I would avoid using Tips Patrol and use this time of counting down to actually edit the site by using the following categories: http://www.wikihow.com/Category:Cleanup http://www.wikihow.com/Category:Copyedit http://www.wikihow.com/Category:Format It’s important to know the merge policy, http://www.wikihow.com/wikiHow:Merge-Policy , as well as the title policy http://www.wikihow.com/wikiHow:Title-Policy .

Is this already a full two weeks? Please be sure, I’m waiting to take the test again.

What is the passing score for the second part of NAB Test. I have got 8/14 I think.

Have u taken the test, @Jasmine ?

Yep and unfortunately I did not pass the second part. Now I have to wait 3 months before taking it again. @Shinako

Oh…Don’t worry! You will succeed! @Jasmine

@Julian2746 You will need to wait until this Thursday (April 25th) to retake it. That would be exactly 2 weeks.

@Shinako the problem is at June 17 (exact date ), will be the start of my school!
