The article itself is fine, but as I go on Picture Patrol about once every day, I keep on constantly seeing more and more new pictures trying to be added which aren’t appropriate. It goes from different people and selfies to photos taken by another person. I know this seems really picky but this has been going on for something like five days and it is really getting on my nerves. I must have voted against over twenty-five of these photos or maybe even more. What if two people in a row, accidentally patrolled and got let out there for the world to see and it is a pretty popular article. Is there anything we can do about this to stop it?

Our engineer Aaron noticed this too - very weird! He did a little digging into whether there was a bug in the system for that particular article but couldn’t find one right off the bat. If anyone notices that they upload an image and it ends up in the wrong article, please let us know - it’d be great to hunt it down, if it is a bug! Course, humans can be funny, so maybe there’s just a ton of people uploading pictures there… It *is* a very popular article, but I’m not sure why people want to upload their selfies!:stuck_out_tongue:- Good thing we have Picture Patrol to weed them out. Thanks for helping with that, Hannah!

Haha, no problem! Glad it has been noticed. I certainly wouldn’t want y selfies on the Internet- not that I take that much anyway @Anna !

I think that people upload their picture because in the definition of Chibi it describes a person in regards to their body frame, but also defines Chibi as an anime/cartoon drawing.

Good thinking there Sheila! Glad that you are here to provide your excellent advice @Sheila-Tulok

Thank you Hannah Banana xox!

No problem:slight_smile: @Sheila-Tulok

I work quite a bit on picture patrol and there’s a lot of them everyday.

LOL! Sarah, I receive the Chibi photos in a row and then it is every other few photos. Chibis must be quite popular!

Yeah, same @Sheila-Tulok and I suppose they must be:slight_smile:

I agree! This article is often the recipient of less than helpful contributions. I though I was the only one who’d noticed it! Glad to know great minds think alike!

Chibi (ちび or チビ?) is a Japanese slang word meaning “short person” or “small child”.

Hi Anonymous asian. Is it a derogatory slang word?

Chibi isn’t a derogatory slang term; at least I’m pretty sure. It refers to the way you draw the figure; similar to manga or anime.

Thank you OoT2D!

Thanks!

http://astore.amazon.com/bomo4u-20/images/B00114M20A Chibi is also a type of darning needle!

^ Didn’t know that.

That is news to me:slight_smile:
