Hi all, I want to verify if removing a “stub” tag is legitimate by this user or is it a vandalism…
I noticed their removing a tag when patrolling. A Stubbot add a tag and this user http://www.wikihow.com/index.php?title=User:Felipe-Noguerol&redlink=1
removes them one after another without adding information. They leave this message: “removing stub tag, this article seems complete” after every removal…
Here is an example: http://www.wikihow.com/Draw-Jabba-the-Hut
… just go to History and see for yourself…
I can not judge why they remove a tag but it seems strange to me to remove them without adding more information. What do you think?
Edit: After seeing Anna’s comment, never mind.

Felipe is an intern helping to review some stub articles, particularly in the drawing category, and remove some where the steps are actually helpful as is. If you disagree you’re welcome to re-add them but overall he’s doing review for the wikiHaus as asked
Thank you both for your response!
OK, I understand. Thank you Anna. It just seems strange that intern did it on every single article I came across (quite a few of them!). If they seem complete then why a Stubbot has put them on to begin with?
BTW - I really like how this response windows are redesigned… Gives us better tools for writing a message and inserting an image wne necessarily.
Good job. :) I just saw it… Have not been on Forum for awhile. .

Yep, I can understand why you asked- it probably looks fishy in RCP when you hit several in a row! The stubbed articles are going through several kinds of filtering and checking from different folks and processes both before and after the stub tag is added- he’s one link in that chain. But if you disagree on any of the changes, feel free to let him know. I’ve asked him to put some info about himself on his user page, too
Glad you like the forum changes!
OK… if I see something look fishy and he removed the tag I’ll tell him. . Yeah, several in a row seemed really strange to me.
Yes, I liked the change. :) It was always a ‘hassle’ to attach an image . It seems like an easier task now using a button “insert image”. .
