Noticed this while patrolling. The image I think was manually added, and the image works when viewed on the article. Latest version of IE on Windows 7 for reference. The image also appears correctly in QG.

I think this was a temporary issue. Errors like this can occur if the load is too great on one of our web servers when the image is being generated, but they’re not common.
