Because I am a booster now, this person (Chriskipwoods) left a message replying to my welcoming message. They wrote: Sure! I will peel your banana hana :0 I feel rather uncomfortable about this message and as a young user (13) deleted the message because of this. Can something be done about this if that’s okay? Thanks! Hannah x:)

Being on the welcome bot, you will get a variety of responses to your welcome message. Some will be thanking you for the welcome, some will be rude and inappropriate, and some will be asking for more information or help, and just about everything in between. I would treat inappropriate responses like any other inappropriate talk page messages. You are always free to remove any messages you wish from your own talk page. If you feel comfortable doing so, send them a nice note reminding them to stay civil and that talk page messages are for communication about wikiHow related topics only. If you don’t feel comfortable, let an admin know or add a report on the Administrator Notice Board about the user. Alternatively, if you would rather not be on the welcome bot, you can opt out of it by going to My Profile -> My Preferences -> wikiHow tab (all the way on the right) and checking the “Don’t allow my account to welcome new users.”

Okay thanks @Isorhythmic

The above message is not appropriate, but does not seem bad enough to really warn the editor strongly. I will gently suggest to Chriskipwoods that he not leave similar messages in the future. If you want to opt out of having your username placed in the WelcomeBot’s messages, you can opt out in your preferences. (Remember to save your changes.)

Hahaha.
