Good day!
I opened one google email account where I can use more users. I think I opened it over (2FA) or (2-step) or the like … I do not know exactly! I am the founder, and the rest are only users who have received a second password from Google, they all use. This looks like their password: rpufzxemojozyoyvThey mostly send emails through this account, which is good. It is only important for them to send mail, it does not matter to receive mail. All this works well and I’m very happy.
       - But I want to block some users because they have this password and are not our users. They also send mail in various places and abuses through this account.

How can I block them so that I can no longer send mail via our account? Is it possible, which option do I use, what should I do?        Please help me to solve this!

It sounds like you are using app passwords to let people access the account without using two-step verification. The only way to block users is to delete the app passwords that they are using. To do this, go to the Google homepage, and click on your account picture in the upper right corner, then click on “Google Account”, then open the “Security” tab, which is listed on the left side of the screen. Then scroll down to the App passwords tab, and delete the app passwords which are being abused. This will stop the abusers from accessing the account.

If you do not know which app password that the abusers are using, then you will have to delete all of them and then re-issue your users’ new passwords.

You cannot create a receive only Gmail account, the only way to stop the abuse would be to remove the passwords that are being abused.
