Whenever I try to fix spelling errors, it’s always loading. Once, I waited for 30 minutes and it still was. Can you fix this?
Just a quick question - is it loading, or is it giving the “Oops, this page encountered a hiccup” message? I’m just asking, because the Oops error is a known bug that’s been around for quite awhile, so if you’re getting that, it’s already known about.
I have this problem too, the loading just doesn’t stop. Since Kawaii and I joined wikiHow after it first broke, maybe that is why it is showing differently.
Okay, I checked this out myself, and I’m also getting nonstop loading when I didn’t before. If anybody else can get the chance to check this out and give feedback, it’d be much appreciated.
I think the backlog is clogged up a bit. I’ve noticed that whenever the number is below 4,800, the limit gets higher and higher. :)

Hey hey guys - thanks for troubleshooting some of this!
I know the “Oops” bug (which comes up when the potential misspelled word contains a special character that the system can’t handle) has been plaguing us for a while now - sigh. One of the engineers was able to fix one of the most common cases of that bug, but I know it didn’t solve the whole problem – unfortunately the whole spellchecker system is a really big and complex one so there aren’t any *easy* fixes, and it’s always a little like playing whack-a-mole with Spellchecker bugs – eep. I’m still hoping there’s a fix for all that in the long run, but maybe I’m a dreamer :)
Anywho, on this new loading issue, I’m seeing the same thing – I don’t know if it’s related to the “Oops” or not (behind the scenes, that is - clearly that message isn’t appearing in the tool itself right now, but it’s always possible the underlying issues are related). I’ll go ahead and file it, and let’s all keep our fingers crossed that it’s something simple to kickstart…!
I’ve been discovering an on-and-off bug with the Spellchecker on the Dashboard - sometimes it will randomly switch the person in the “Leader” position to “Anonymous: No date provided”. It’s not really important, but I have a feeling this is related to whatever’s going on!

The main endless loading part of this issue should hopefully be resolved now - I was able to get some articles to spellcheck. Let me know if you aren’t, but hopefully you are!
