This is kind of like other topics. The rules are:

If you like wikihow A LOT, raise the score by 3.

If you like wikihow, raise the score by 1.

If you have neutral feelings about wikihow, subtract 0.5 from the score.

If you dislike wikihow, subtract 1 from the score.

If you dislike wikihow A LOT, subtract 5 from the score.

The goal is to get to 100. If this is met, the goal will be raised.

Just saying, everybody can only post once.
