Only other one I can think of is getting brown, grey, or black nail polish and doing a simple horseshoe-shape on each nail.

what do you mean by Heel Nails?
I have some nail tips! One is to put a base coat, top coat, or nail toughener on your nails, even if you are not wearing any polish. It will help your nails grow and prevent them from chipping. If you want your nails to dry faster, (if you have one) use a black light instead of a normal light and put it at a medium setting instead of a high one.
