For some reason the dropdown menu doesen’t appear when scrolled over. Also, the 4 categorys in the nav bar all link to the same page.

I’m not having problems with the dropdown menus not appearing, though I did notice that the four categories link to the same page (specifically, your contributions page). What browser are you using?
