NFD tools and dups

When you NFD an article and it is an nfd|dup, it is more important than ever to have the duplicate title there. The tool, from what I hear, automatically redirects the title to the suggested dup. If there isn’t one there, I am not sure what happens. Either way, it is helpful. Even for those that are blatantlyobvious…(guilty).

The tool automatically redirects to wikiHow:Deleted Article if there is no title in the NFD
