My notification page just clogged up with people posting in the “Consonants vs Vowels” thread, while I never marked that to be notified for, and I don’t believe I ever wrote something in it. At the very least not recently. @Anna

I know there is a little funkiness around notifications, especially with some threads that were started before the forum software switch. Are you able to clear them out by clicking on http://forums.wikihow.com/profile/notifications ?

This happened to me too a year ago - I reported a bug on this, and no one posted on it. This bug is just happening to the Count to a Million Game for me.

Bummer! I’m afraid that I think a little notification funkiness is just something we have to live with, given our limited engineering time and the fact that vanilla is an outside platform. You could always try pursuing it in the Vanilla forum forums (hah, double double forum!) and see if they have any thoughts on it, but hopefully it’s not the end of the world here, since the forums are a secondary feature to our main engineering focus (wikiHow itself, and the editing there). Sorry for the extra numbers popping up - hopefully it’s manageable!:confused:

Try disabling every notification source on this page , and then re-enabling the ones you want. Hopefully this will ‘reset’ the notifications for you.

Yes, but it doesn’t really cause any problems - it just makes me have a lot of notifications.
