While cruising around I remembered that we have the Brand Name Spam Blacklist
. In it it says to NFD or delete articles that have the listed brand names in the titles. The articles are now about 2 years old, possibly older. I discussed it with someone else, but we weren’t positive as to what to do with them. That said, what should we do with these articles?

Along similar lines, I thought it’s also worth mentioning this here, too: I’ve been trying to work with CMS2CMS/Cart2Cart to help them comply with commercial policy - after a constant stream of nonhelpful how-tos by different users over a few months, I reached out directly via email to let them know about our titling policy and other commercial guidelines. They seemed appreciative and willing, and some of the submissions have improved but not all - and, to be honest, I’m not a great judge of whether it’s helpful or not, since I don’t know much about the actual software. Most of these articles are being categorized here: http://www.wikihow.com/index.php?title=Category:Migration-Software&viewMode=text
Having done what I can in terms of coaching and support – I now put it up here for consideration! Have boosters seen an improvement in their submissions - @ttrimm
? @Maluniu
, or any other regular boosters? Are these articles helpful enough to keep? Or is this a company we should also consider blacklisting?

To be honest, all of the Flipbook articles were much easier to edit than CMS. I haven’t done enough editing on the CMS articles to make a decision as such…

they are how tos for the most part. That is what makes it so hard. there is probably some risk of them being able to duplicate articles because people don’t like looking at them closely. (myself included)
