Sorry about that. I meant to just correct your word. I used the “undo” button, but then, after clearing out the edit summary and adding the reason, the editor decided it was going to re-add the old edit summary ontop of my reason. I explained my reasoning to you before I made the edit as the quick note on your talk page.

Guys, @Hailey Girges yesterday I reverted a few edits done by the same person Michaela Moses. I thought she 's done it intentionally. I really did. She consistently reverted the edits of @Byankno1 who worked hard adding the videos. Michaela reverted most of his video adds. I left a talk message on her page and would like to hear from her. If she says she has never done that then we can assume it was due to a bug.

What I mean is while patrolling, I’m patrolling edits that revert my own edits, and that never happened before the rollback fix, so I think this is a bug.

@Laura7491 I don’t think the Michaela rollbacks were anything bug-related – it was just bad rollbacks by someone who doesn’t know how to patrol yet; I undid her patrols, rolled back a number of her rollbacks (and I saw you did too - thanks for being on the lookout for those!), and restricted her access until she gets in touch, so that I can help her out with some of the policies and guidelines. I think she means well - she just isn’t sure how RCP works yet. @Hailey-Girges I’m not really sure what you mean? We all get reverted sometimes – either by accident (from a newer patroller like Michaela) or sometimes because another editor disagrees with us (it happens to us all in this kind of collaboration!). You shouldn’t see your *own* edits in RCP, but it’s okay to see other people’s edits that were rolling back your changes. You can always reach out and ask them why they rolled you back, and you can skip if you don’t want to undo their action (partly that depends on whether you think it was just a mistake, or they had a reason for it – it’s best to avoid “edit warring,” but if it was just a new/unsure patroller, you can likely roll back their rollback and let them know why). What I’m not quite sure about is why this would be a bug? I think the timing may just be coincidence, because seeing people’s rollbacks of your edits should always have been possible, even before the rollback change. But I may just be missing something since I haven’t seen the actual examples – can you take more screenshots if you see edits that you think are a bug, so that I can take a look? I’d be happy to dig further into it!

Hi @Anna , I thought the same regarding Michaela but once the guys mentioned a bug it made me kind of think… LOL Thank you for blocking Michaela from patrolling. She indeed has done quite a few bad edits. I do not understand what drove her into reverting ALL Byankno1’s video additions. Videos were good. She must learn rules of RCP.
