I am not sure why the string in step 4 didn’t come out right : http://www.wikihow.com/Create-Link-Same-HTML-Documet,-Which-Scrolls-Down-to-Desired-Area-on-Click . It’s about the string used in this step, but apparently something does not let the string come out in a right way (like " or those <, > characters). Or could it be a bug??? When you have time please fix this thing. I appreciate it in advance!!! ~~ Laura.

Done! It seemed that nowiki tags, which are intended to “break” the code, needed to be added. @Adelaide 1230 I was not familiar with “nowiki” at all. No wonder I could not fix it. What is exactly its function??? Thank you so much, Adel. It looks fine.
