I have a bff who lives far away and we skype with each other every night. We have decided recently to start a diy YouTube channel. Its been going well, we have a couple videos, but I met a girl around my age and we have arranged to do a collaboration. But my bff doesn’t want to be any part of it because her dad is a police and my bff said that if he arrests someone thay might see hi badge and google him and find out he has children and she thinks somehow they will find her. She says that she cant show her face or her name, and she has a pretty common first and last name! She says that the person we are doing a collaboration with might be a criminal and I know the girl is only 14! And we would only email not actually meet up! Please tell me your thoughts, whos side your on, and what should I do. Thanks.
I dont think I completely get the part with the police in. But as far as security is concerned, you may well be safe and stick to the safer and more reliable friend i.e your bff.
