Hi Everyone! It’s been a long time since I last posted an update of wikiHow’s appearances in press & social media. As you all know, wikiHow has become very popular, and with that we show up in the news daily! I’ll update this same thread on a weekly basis moving forward so that I can share some of the highlights that we come across, but below is a short sample of things I’ve seen lately, and I’ll be sure to share more each week down the road. Quick question: After wikiPhoto images are critiqued in the press/by prominent people like this, do they ever get fixed based on the feedback given? Not that Tim Carmody gave a ton of feedback on how the articles could be improved, but he did highlight some flaws with the images (I don’t think the images were intended to be humorous).
Absolutely – I look at that feedback, community feedback, social media feedback etc… and we do try to send feedback thru to the wikiPhoto team to update their visuals accordingly. Every bit of feedback helps!
