The two existing paragraphs have been split by adding Rescue and Vandalism information between. The two original paragraphs only have minor modifications for clarity. This also has the effect of clearly identifying a role and process for rescuing NFD’s as part of the deletion policy. It is intended for this to help the new users who sometimes react negatively to NFD’s thinking there was no hope for their article. Here’s the original for clarification. The proposal is only intended to replace the two paragraphs immediately following the code table. http://www.wikihow.com/wikiHow:Deletion-Policy
The above information is laid out in accordance with the policy change procedure

Right on
Thanks Mel! I changed the link to New Article Boosters so it points to an updated list of all boosters. This list gets updated the second someone gets NAB rights: http://www.wikihow.com/index.php?title=Special%3AListusers&username=&group=newarticlepatrol
There is also this page, which Writelf just updated, but not all boosters are on there (like me, oops): http://www.wikihow.com/wikiHow:New-Article-Boosters
Krystal, Any way this page can list only those active on the site in the last 30 days? That would keep the list fresh, but be sure to include any recent edits.

It’s just a list of who has NAB rights, generated by MediaWiki software. The page that Writelf updated provides a more accurate picture of who’s active: http://www.wikihow.com/wikiHow:New-Article-Boosters

http://www.wikihow.com/Template:Nfdtag
still reads “only Admins are allowed to remove {{Nfd}} templates” - perhaps this should be updated?

Thanks for pointing that out. I’ve fixed it. Krystal, I would be interesting to ask the dev team if they could create a query with those results…
Sorry for bumping! @Krystle
I found a bug. I was able to post on this, but it was already closed.
Just a comment. There’s a typo in the “NFD Vandalism” portion: " any RC Patroller may revert the vandalsim"
