It seems as if Quality Guardian has another

You can skip to the two minute mark for this video. The first part is just me doing Quality Guardian. It’s rather small, but annoying. Do you think you can work on this?
1 Nice title of the video 2 I think it happens because someone might of clicked no and then another person clicked no the same time you clicked yes/no for the picture before the one that got removed.

It seems to have just been because a vandal changed the image name so that it linked to a non existent image, which is why the link is red.
