Does removing the “Articles in Quality Review” category from a page put the article back into the boost queue? I have a few articles that I rewrote that I want put back into quality review.
I don’t think so, as I tried it on one of my articles, and it has been about 3-4 weeks and nobody has replied.
Doesn’t look like it. There is currently only one article in the queue, so if you tried it then I don’t think it’s working. Of course, you’re free to use the Article Review Team

It doesn’t. Articles are just marked as “in quality review” prior to boosting so that logged-out users can’t come across them; once an action has been taken on it (whether that’s demotion or promotion), it’s moved out of the NAB queue and doesn’t go back in, unless the article is deleted and rewritten. Like Ruby said, you’re more than welcome to use the Article Review Team if there’s something you’d like to be re-reviewed
