Have a question. When an article starts with steps that apply to both subsections, is it best to separate these out into their own top section, or is it best to duplicate the top portion and add those to each of the subsections? Although I’ve favored separating them, I’ve had a few in the past, where I’ve combined those. It seems like a content issue, but I wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing some rule when creating subsections.
