In patrolling, I saw a user fixing some words, but on some of the words,   was added to them. (Sorry about the spaces. I had to add them because then it wouldn’t show.)

Interesting, I haven’t seen that! Those characters typically indicate a “fixed space” - like maybe the tool is trying to translate a space into the text and getting confused about what to display. I just did a couple of little tests where I added spaces, though, and couldn’t reproduce it right off the bat. Perhaps it’s only on a less common browser.
