Since most of you are sitting around, bored because you’ve posted on all the threads, and no one is posting? Here’s this new thread for you to post on:slight_smile:

The first user writes down some statement like ‘How do you eat, in your country’s way’, or anything which you’re curious about. An example of how this will go:-

K:- How does your country wear dresses? What is your country?D:- Alaska, we wear (so and so) type of dresses.

Start!:smiley:Hope you enjoy gaining your knowledge!

(Alaska is a state, not a country~) Yesss! I love this idea! Quick reminder not to ask about what states people live in, towns, counties, etc. Leave it to countries if you can, and if people choose to go into more detail, they can but please be careful. I’ll start; What country do you live in and what foods do you traditionally eat in your culture?

Pakistan, mostly we eat chapatti, cook/fry meat or veggies, and mostly as a dessert we eat vermicelli or custard. A minority eats puddings. And shawarma, biryani and quorma are very popularly eaten:slight_smile:The first is a kind of half fried chapatti which doesn’t TASTE like a chapatti and is in a roll-form, which contains vegetables or chicken, cooked. The second is spiced rice with meatbones. (Meat is very popular). Quorma is a meat dish served with soup:stuck_out_tongue:Must be thinking ‘Meat again!’ XD

Edit:- Thanks Marina! And yes, I didn’t know Alaska was a state, I’ll change that:slight_smile:

^I like shawarma very much.

I live in India and mostly we eat chapatti, rice, fish, and some specific vegetables. During different seasons, we have different food to increase our energy by means of food and festivals. As we have a diverse climate it is difficult for me to tell any specific food.

I live on coastal are so mostly fish.

What is your country and what are the festivals celebrated there?

Pakistan. We celebrate the Eids, Eid Ul Fitar, and Eid ul Adha. Adha is for sacrificing for Prophet Abraham and Eid Ul Fitar is a reward day of fasting for a month of Ramadan.

What is your country, and what are its dress traditions?

@Happinesskerr please don’t bump thread- the last post was a year ago.
