Sometimes. It depends on my mood. There are times I run just for the joy of it.
I also like to exercise better if it is a sport. Not just running, although running CAN be a sport if you are in a race but, that is not very common. So I don’t really do it just for exercise. I do it more for the fun than the exercise.
TNP hates cleaning the bathroom.
