I’m trying to remember a particular TV theme song (from the 1990s, I think), and it’s not coming to me, so maybe you can help. I never saw the series. I only heard the song a couple times on the radio. I want to say the show was “Northern Exposure,” but I don’t think that’s right. The song had no lyrics. It was an instrumental prominently featuring a bass (or at least a very deep-sounding) guitar (reminiscent of Jack Nitzsche from years ago). I feel like the guitarist had a Scandinavian name, but I’m not sure of that either. I can’t find anything like this on YouTube or anywhere else. Any thoughts? I just want to hear the song again. It was kind of somber and very cool!

I found the answer to my question on another message board. The TV show was “Twin Peaks.” Do you remember that theme song? So beautiful and ominous. The other message board, by the way, is on the Clark Howard website. If you ever have questions related to money or consumer issues, I highly recommend that site in general ( ClarkHoward.com ) and its message board in particular.
