I know that this is probably not too important, but I just wanted to alert wikiHowians of the issue. When I see a word that isn’t capitalized or isn’t spelled right, I go right to the incorrect letter and delete it. However, when I enter the correct letter, one of the letters on the right is deleted. So, what I’m saying is that every time an incorrect letter is deleted, it gets deleted, but the other letters to the right (which are correct) are deleted also.
Maybe this glitch is just me, but I’m just curious if anybody else is having this issue.
This sounds like you may have accidentally pressed Insert (Ins) on your keyboard (Windows). Have a look for it, probably adjacent to your Del button, give it a press and see if that helps.
