I noticed whenever I go to “Quick Edit” on RC Patrol to change something, it looks like it’s already been changed or
when I try to Rollback an edit a message appears saying it’s already been done. What’s that all about?

That could be because someone else is patrolling the same edit, and has already made the correction you were trying to make. In recent changes patrol, while you are patrolling one edit, the next edit has already pre-loaded, so that you can move quickly through RC. But the edit that has pre-loaded for you may have also pre-loaded for someone else, and that is why this happens. If the correction has already been made, just press “skip” and move on
