I saw your screenshot - thanks Sarah! I’ve seen that pop up sometimes, often in relation to spammy accounts, so I suspect it might be something like a case where pages have been deleted, or something like that. Try clicking “ok” and then skipping that person - that’s always done the trick for me in the past. Fingers crossed!
