The welcome tool seems to have left a couple of messages as “MiscBot” rather than an admin/NAB. Is this due to there being no admin/NAB edits for that hour? Ug-ly. I worked on the tool a little bit this morning to add the opt out feature. Unfortunately, for about 15 minutes it was down and MiscBot signed stuff. All fixed now. Good catch!
