For quite a while now (about a month), it seems like no articles are coming into the Categorizer. Even though there is still a constant stream of uncategorized articles being written (as verified by the leaderboard tally of new articles), the Categorizer Tool seems to display that the backlog is empty whenever I check.
Is this some sort of bug that I missed the forum post for? I’ve been sitting on this for a while thinking it was just my timezone, but I’ve decided to bring this to the forums just to be sure.
Can someone else check whether they also are experiencing this?

Yeah that happened to me too. That’s why I haven’t categorized any articles this week and last week. Whenever I click on the tool, it just shows this:
I’ve made a couple of new articles recently, and those haven’t been showing up in the app either. I think there’s some sort of bug.

There is always Uncategorized pages - wikiHow
that you can use to add categories to articles, but yeah, the tool is a nice thing to get working again. I wonder if it is because of some categories being deliberately emptied or something similar?

. This is a known situation, but it’s happening in combination with an issue we had where new videos being created that don’t need to be categorized were going into the app. They worked to remove them from that app, but it seems to have also removed other articles!
As Aasim mentioned, we do have Uncategorized Pages
- but all of the videos are also displayed on this page. I think the top are articles, and then the videos start at the “How” and/or have “Video” or “clip” at the end of the title.
I’ll see if I can hurry up the fix for the article part of the problem

And we’re back! The video issue has been fixed and we’ve got articles back in the app! Hurrah!
