How payout works:After the wikiLottery results are given, I will come over here to figure out who gets paid and how much. Let’s say you bet 3 wC that 2 individual people would match at least 1 number on the wikiLottery. • Ifonly 2 people did match numbers, you would win back double the money you bet (bet 3 wC, got 6 wC) + a share of the losers’ money bet and lost. • Ifyou were incorrect on the number of people, you would lose the wC you bet, and it’d be shared between the winner(s) along with the other losers’ wC. • Ifno one was correct, no one loses nor wins any wC. • Ifeveryone is correct, everyone win’s double their money back, but there is no loser wC to distribute. In the case loser’s wC can’t be distributed evenly:If this happens, the winners are given as much of the losers’ wC as possible and still even, and tgen the extras are recycled into the wikiBank. If there is not enough losers’ wC for it to be even, the losers’ wC will be recycled into the wikiBank. Minimum and maximum bets:The minimum bet is 1 wC. The maximum is the amount of wC you have, so it will vary. Ask in here or the wikiBank to find out how much you have.
I don’t think this is exactly fair for some reason. Then again, I don’t know anything about betting.
From what I can see, it’s fair.
Yet there’s no cap on the betting…and if everyone wins, extra wikiCash is generated. That doesn’t make much sense.
The wikiBank gives them the wikiCash. But I will make a maximum bet limit.
That sounds fair. Perhaps people shouldn’t bet more than they have. :3 I’d hate to have a wikiDebt.
They can’t bet more than they have. Changing the maximum bet to “The amount of wC you have”.
That also sounds fair, but I think there should also be a limit of 200 wC or so as well. If I had 300 wC, it would be downright tragic to bet it all away. Would multiple limits work?
Why does there need to be multiple limits? They bet what they want inside their limit based on how much they have. They don’t have to bet all 300 wC unless they want to.
…Well, okay. I forgot it is at the discretion of the betters. The rules seem more fair now.
