Yes. This article: http://m.wikihow.com/Apply-Barbie-Doll-Makeup has wrong images. It has shown how to apply makeup like barbie, but wikiPhoto images show how to apply makeup ON a barbie doll.

The OP is right, it does show how to put on makeup like a Barbie doll. From what I can tell from the images, it simply has the makeup tools next to a Barbie doll, and doesn’t show how to put them on the doll.
