Principle #5 in the studio (the last and MOST important one) is “Wear What Makes You HAPPY!” We’re on this big rock for far too little time to care that much about the colors that we wear and the length of our sleeves. Dopamine dressing is a REAL thing, and it’s what the podcast is based off of. If something is going to change your mood just by wearing it, you BETTER wear it!
