When you sign up for one of these programs, you will receive a frequent flyer ID number to use when booking and flying on any Star Alliance flight. To track your total miles flown, provide your frequent flyer number when booking Star Alliance flights. You can log in to your airline's frequent traveler site (such as United.com or Lufthansa.com) to check your total miles, elite status progress, and past activity.

No. If you mean different frequent flyer programs under one account, then no. You should try and earn your points through one program and stay with that program. Singapore’s KrisFlyer does however allow you to link their Star Alliance and other partners to your KrisFlyer in order to earn points with another program, but still earn PPS Value with KrisFlyer if flying Business or First.
